The Advanced Learning Institute (T.A.L.I) is committed to being one of the leading innovators in performance management through behavioral training techniques and soft skills development. With expertise in L & D offerings and startup mentoring, we work with leaders to create a competitive edge through collaboration, leadership and interpersonal skills.
As organizations become more complex, executives must achieve results through others, managing multiple and continuous change initiatives. The task of leadership is becoming more challenging, as there is a need to focus on employee development rather than employee evaluation. Our research shows that organizations that successfully develop and build-on multigenerational teams, communication differences and overall diversity are more innovative, ultimately giving them a strategic edge.
These interventions focus on the specific needs & capabilities of employees, while providing the knowledge & support they need to succeed in their personal & professional goals thereby increasing their efficiency, lowering attrition & accelerating organizational growth.

I have been acquainted with Divya Jaitly for almost a decade now. She is a highly regarded and extremely competent professional. Her values can also be seen in her organization – The Advanced Learning Institute. It’s a pleasure working with Team T. A. L. I. as they are highly ethical and easy to work with. They think creatively and effectively communicate their ideas in the area of performance consulting. I look forward to having a long term association with Divya & Siddharth.
Dr. Divya Jaitly of The Advanced Learning Institute conducted a session on ‘Journey towards Self Actualization’ four our students of class 12th as a part of the Life Skills Programme on 8th April 2016. Her interaction with the students was informative and a great learning experience for them. I am sure it will help them to prepare for challenges beyond school. We look forward for more such interactions in future too.
UBS Pune had a very interesting and useful session with select speakers from TALI on the International Women’s Day in 2016. In the talk, UBS employees got some useful tips on executive presence and the art of ‘leaning in’. The session was light and interactive, with the focus being to impart some actionable tips and tricks that can be implemented immediately. Look forward to many more such sessions on different themes for professional development from the talented TALI team.
